Rob learned many of his design skills at the landing school of boat design in Kennebunk, Maine. His background also includes work as a builder for Goetz Custom Boats in Brostol, Rhode Island, and as a sailmaker for Sobstad Sailmakers of Old Saybrook, Connecticut.
